Arcane XV is a blend of very old Mourvèdre vines (some over a century old), selected for their exceptional concentration of mineral salts from various plots in the Vaucluse. Deep red color with purple highlights, the nose offers rich notes of black fruit, garrigue, and sweet spices. On the palate, the wine reveals a massive structure with prominent yet already elegant tannins and superb balance, with a long, saline finish of licorice and black fruit. Duck à l'orange - Lamb tagine with apricots - Char-grilled rib of beef - matured cheeses.
